Sarah Guo is the founder at Conviction, an AI-native venture capital firm founded in 2022. Prior, she was a General Partner at Greylock. Along with her partners, they have been early investors in the most important companies of tomorrow, including Baseten, Clay, Cognition, Figma, Harvey, HeyGen, Listen Labs, Mistral, Rippling, Sierra and Thinking Machines. Sarah is from Wisconsin, has four degrees from University of Pennsylvania, and lives in the Bay Area with her husband and three kids. She co-hosts the popular AI podcast "No Priors" with Elad Gil.
