Name: Anna Yermolaieva

Title: Attendee Experience Coordinator

How long you have been at HumanX: Since the very beginning!

What’s your background, and what brought you to HumanX?

I started my career as an executive assistant supporting CEOs across fintech and venture capital. I joined HumanX from day one as executive assistant to the CEO because I wanted to apply that operational rigor to something shaping the future: human-centered AI. After the first HumanX conference I picked up my new role as Attendee Experience Coordinator so I could scale the mix of hospitality, logistics, and relationship design that makes the event sing.

If someone’s on the fence about attending, what would you tell them?

I see you are wondering whether or not you should attend, but isn`t the most relevant question, can you afford not to?

How would you describe HumanX in 3 words?

Cutting-edge. Strategic. Influential.

What’s a skill or lesson you’ve learned while working at HumanX?

How to design experiences that scale. It’s one thing to make a single person feel cared for; it’s another to build systems that make thousands of attendees feel personally looked after. I’ve developed a better understanding of the elements of hospitality and communications that are needed to create and scale more delightful moments.

What’s one thing that always makes your day better?

Oh, there are so many, but if I need to choose - a note/email from an attendee or speaker expressing gratitude for the effort our team put in to make their experience more seamless can truly brighten my day. Also, ice cream. Preferably both.

If you could teleport anywhere for lunch, where are you going?

Straight to Spiaggia Porto Taverna, Sardinia - picture-perfect Tavolara and flamingos casually dance under the sunlight as if they own the place. The local beach restaurant serves pizza and gelato so perfectly, they might just ruin both for you anywhere else. Honestly, I’d probably never teleport back if not for HumanX.
