Nancy Xu is the founder and CEO of Moonhub AI, where she leads the startup in its mission to build AI agents for the workforce - starting with the world's first AI recruiter. Prior to Moonhub, Nancy was a lecturer & researcher in Stanford's AI Lab where her work covered foundational models, AI agents, and the future of work. While there, Nancy was the only person to have undertaken a dual Computer Science PhD + MBA degree, and she holds degrees in mathematics and computer science, along with an MBA, from Stanford University.
