Parag is the founder of Parallel and the former CTO and CEO of Twitter. While at Twitter, he led the company's technical strategy, overseeing advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning and managing the company's technical infrastructure.

Before joining Twitter, Agrawal worked in research roles at prominent tech companies, including Microsoft and Yahoo.
