Marcie is a partner at Greycroft, collaborating with founders building intelligent consumer and enterprise applications and AI infrastructure. Previously, she was a Partner at Qatalyst, where she helped build the Consumer Tech M&A Group and advised on strategic M&A transactions including the sales of LinkedIn to Microsoft and Honey to PayPal. Before Qatalyst, Marcie was Head of Consumer Internet Banking at Morgan Stanley, leading significant IPOs such as Facebook, Google and LinkedIn. She has also served as an independent board director for companies like thredUP, Scopely, and Blockchain.com.
