Jeff Radke is Co-Founder & CEO of Accelerant, a rapidly growing, data-driven Risk Exchange that connects specialty underwriters with risk capital providers. He started Accelerant after a career working across all areas of the insurance value chain across global markets — seeing first hand how its inefficiencies held back progress.

Jeff started his career as an intern at Guy Carpenter. Before founding Accelerant to reimagine the way risk is exchanged, Jeff drove strategic initiatives at Argo Group for a decade, and was previously CEO of the PXRE Group.
