Jason Warner is the CEO and Co-Founder of poolside, using AI to push the bounds of software creation to unlock humanity’s potential. Before poolside, Jason was Managing Director at Redpoint Ventures and previously had the privilege of leading the world’s most used operating system (Ubuntu), the most beloved developer platform (VP Heroku), and notably, the most popular developer tools (CTO GitHub) where he launched GitHub Actions, Packages, Connect, Codespaces and incubated GitHub Copilot. Additionally, Jason contributes his expertise as a member of the operating board at Bridgewater Associates.

Jason graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelors in Computer Science and received a Masters of Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic University.
