Chris is the CEO and Co-Founder of Gradient (gradient.ai), an AI operating system for finance - designed to automate complex workflows and enhance decision-making across financial services. Before founding Gradient, Chris was Director of Product at Netflix running Studio AI, where he created and implemented the AI strategy for Netflix’s $15bn studio production organization. He previously ran AI/ML organizations at Pinterest and Facebook. He holds Bachelor degrees in Finance and Computer Science, with a Masters in Artificial Intelligence from the University of Pennsylvania.
