Avid Larizadeh Duggan, OBE, is a Senior Managing Director of Teachers’ Venture Growth (TVG). Avid has been active in the startup ecosystem as a developer, product manager, founder and investor for over 20 years. She is a co-founder of The Operator Network, a group of C-level public company executives and seasoned operators who want to mentor the next generation of entrepreneurs by offering operating advice alongside personal investment capital. Prior to TVG, she was the COO of Kobalt Music Group and the cofounder of Boticca (acquired by Wolf & Badger.) She started her investing career at Accel Partners and was a General Partner at GV (Google Ventures).
