Avid Larizadeh Duggan, OBE, is a tech executive and investor with 20+ years of experience across the US and Europe. She is Senior MD at Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan, leading tech venture growth in EMEA and serving on the global investment committee. Avid co-founded The Operator Network and has invested in 25+ startups across AI, health, and enterprise software. Formerly at GV, Kobalt Music, and eBay, she holds degrees from Stanford and Harvard. She serves on Barclays UK’s board and the UK PM’s Science and Tech Council.
