1. Complimentary ticket

HumanX’s SolutionBridge Program provides a complimentary ticket for each qualifying buyer to receive one (1) complimentary pass to attend HumanX on March 10-13, 2025. The event will take place at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Passes to the event are all-access to the exhibit hall, content sessions and networking opportunities.

2. Qualifications:

To qualify for the program, individuals must: (a) be a senior level executive responsible for buying or evaluating AI technology or other solutions for their companies, and (b) agree to take eight (8) 15-minute 1:1 onsite pre-scheduled meetings with participating sponsors in the SolutionBridge Program. The 8 meeting minimum is mandatory and all meetings must take place in the SolutionBridge Lounge with participating sponsors to get credit.

3. Meeting Times:

You commit to being available for all dedicated time blocks shown below (PDT) for SolutionBridge Program meetings until you receive your final meeting schedule the Friday prior to the event. Your final set of eight (8) 15-minute 1:1 meetings may be spread across various times of the three days of dedicated time blocks for program meetings, and they may not all be back-to-back.

• Wednesday, March 12 from 10am-12pm

4. Travel Arrangements:

You are responsible for making your own travel and accommodation arrangements to attend HumanX. You can book an onsite hotel room in our dedicated room blocks in the Fontainebleau Las Vegas by clicking here; we do not guarantee the availability of our hotel room block and recommend booking early.

5. Program Participation:

HumanX will contact you five weeks prior to the event to arrange your meetings using our SolutionBridge Platform hosted within the HumanX app. At that time, you agree that you must use the Platform to complete this process by our stated deadlines and follow the requirements included in our outreach regarding the program, including (a) log into the HumanX app to activate your account (b) complete your profile to improve your networking experience (c) select your meeting preferences to ensure (8) eight quality meetings are booked by the system with participating sponsors (d) attend scheduled meetings onsite in the SolutionBridge Lounge at HumanX. If you fail to successfully log into the platform by February 25th, the system will not be able to automatically generate meetings on your behalf and you will automatically be deemed a cancellation for participation in the program and you will be subject to the cancellation terms in Section 8 below. Following the event, you agree to provide post-event feedback on the program and rate each of your meetings.

You understand your commitment to participate in the SolutionBridge Program is important to the success of the Event and we rely on your commitment. Unresponsiveness or inaction to our stated deadlines and requirements included in our outreach to you may result in (a) you being placed on a blacklist that will prevent you from qualifying for the program or attending HumanX for one or more future years (in our sole discretion), (ii) the cancellation fees outlined herein. Further, participation in the program requires attendance of the Event, which means you must abide by all of our Terms of Attendance, and which may be amended by HumanX from time to time and are hereby incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

6. One-to-One Meetings:

To maintain the integrity of the program, we do not permit requests to combine meetings with other individuals from your organization that are also participating in the program. If more than one person from your organization is enrolled in the program, each individual must complete a minimum of eight (8) 1:1 meetings. If you are scheduled for less than eight (8) meetings, you are only required to attend the number of meetings we have expressly scheduled for you.

7. Failure to Complete Meetings: 

If you fail to cancel your free ticket prior to February 11th, log into the SolutionBridge Platform on the HumanX app to activate your networking profile (the system will auto schedule meetings on your behalf), pick up your HumanX badge onsite or otherwise attend the event, but do not attend at least fifty percent (50%) of your scheduled meetings: (a) your credit card will be charged full price for the event ticket at the rate set forth on the HumanX website at the time of the event (b) you may be placed on a blacklist (in our sole discretion) that will prevent you from qualifying for the program or attending the event for one or more future years.

8. Cancellation & Substitutes:  

If you are approved for the SolutionBridge Program and become unable to participate, you agree to suggest a substitute from your organization as your replacement in the program. Acceptance of any substitute is subject to the HumaX team’s approval. You may cancel your participation without penalty by February 11, 2025. It is imperative you do not cancel after the program has launched to the participating sponsors to make their meeting preference selections. Cancellation requests must be received in writing to solutionbridge@humanx.co. Any participant canceling after this February 11th deadline and not providing a substitute or failing to show for a scheduled meeting may result in you being placed on a blacklist that will prevent you from qualifying for the program for one or more future years. Furthermore, if you cancel your participation in the Program at any point between the program launch and leading up to the event and are no longer able to attend the event or send an approved substitute from your organization as your replacement to participate in the program on your behalf, you are deemed a cancellation by us in accordance with Section 5 of this agreement, and HumanX reserves the right to charge your credit card per the authorization you agree to below a one-time cancellation fee of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250). 

If you (a) are no longer employed by, or (b) become aware prior to the event that you will no longer be employed at the time of the event or after the event by the organization based upon which you were approved to participate in the program, you must let us know immediately upon your becoming aware so that we can cancel your participation in the program. In such cases, you will immediately no longer be deemed qualified to participate in the program. Failure to notify us may result in you being placed on a blacklist that will prevent you from qualifying for the program for one or more future years. At all times, including following the event, we reserve the right to only communicate with you at your work email address regardless of any other email address you may have provided or we may have otherwise used.

9. Credit Card Details:

You agree that you must provide your credit or debit card information to successfully register for the event, and in connection therewith you hereby authorize HumanX (and/or its designated third-party service providers) to process a $1 charge on your credit or debit card as part of your event ticket and SolutionBridge Program registration. You also hereby authorize us to (i) charge the full price of your event ticket at the rate set forth on the HumanX website at the time of the event to your credit or debit card if you do not complete your scheduled meetings as described in Section 7 above, or (ii) charge the cost of any cancellation fees to your credit or debit card as described in Section 8 above.

10. Information Sharing:

HumanX reserves the right to share any information you provide to us with participating sponsors at various stages of the SolutionBridge Program process. HumanX may share your name, company name, title and email addresses only after the event with those participating sponsors that you met with and/or were scheduled to meet with as part of the SolutionBridge Program. Furthermore, HumanX is committed to protecting the privacy of its attendees and participants in the program. We engage Braintree (a service of PayPal, Inc.) to perform credit and debit card payments. By choosing to provide your card information via the Platform, you agree to have your information collected and processed by Braintree pursuant to their privacy terms and terms of use. Accordingly, by participating in the program and providing us with your information, you represent that you have read, understand and agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.  

Qualification for the SolutionBridge Program is determined solely by HumanX and may be revoked at any time. By completing registration, you agree to the SolutionBridge Program Terms & Conditions agreement.
