Aaron is a Partner at Radical Ventures, where he leads the firm’s London (and broader European) investment activities and operations. Prior to Radical, Aaron was the Head of Strategy & Operations at DeepMind, where he began working directly with the founder, Demis Hassabis, in the Office of the CEO. Previously, Aaron was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he additionally served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Global Managing Director Dominic Barton.
