Ashwin is the president and co-founder of Decagon, the conversational AI platform powering concierge customer experiences at businesses like Avis Budget Group, Block, and Oura Health. Earlier this year, Decagon raised a $250M Series D round led by new investors Coatue Management and Index Ventures, tripling its valuation to $4.5B in less than six months. Before co-founding Decagon, Ashwin built Helia, which was acquired by Scale AI. He earned his undergraduate and master’s degrees in computer science from Stanford University.
